Miami Spice Months

It’s the 18th annual Miami Spice Months – August and September. It’s a great time to try top rated restaurants at a major, major discount – $23 for lunch and brunch, $39 for dinner and sometimes its 4 courses. I talked with Bill Talbert, President and CEO of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau. They organize and produce the event. He gave the scoop and some tips on how to get the most out of it. Also, with us, was Chef Michael Beltran, owner of Ariete and Chugs in Coconut Grove. He brought a taste of some of his Miami Spice dishes. He has a unique offering. The entire table will have a taste, family style, of all his appetizer offerings along with the remaining options.
