Ice Cream Month Festival

Rosa Mexicano’s Regional Executive Chef, James Cawley, offers me ice cream and home made cone on Food News and Views on WLRN. My favorite? creamy homemade vanilla ice cream laced with salty caramel made from goat’s milk.  My big surprise? Mexican Sour Gherkin and Jalapen Sorbet.
