Mango Lassi

1 1/4-C PLAIN YOGURT

1 RIPE MANGO

10 ICE CUBES

1 TBS SUGAR BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.

Cutting Mango Cubes

Cut off the sides of the mango on either side of the pit.  Score the flesh into squares and turn the skin inside out.  Or, simply cut the sides off and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
