VIP ticket holders will mingle with the Chef and sample food prepared during the demonstration at the VIP party after the show. Tickets from $25-$150.

This October at The Capital Grille: Giant Scallops from Mexico‘s Baja Peninsula.

Captial Grille, 2430 East Sunrise Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, 954.446.2000

Hand-harvested by local divers in pristine tropical lagoons off Mexico‘s Baja Peninsula, the scallops are named for their remarkable size and the distinctive shape of their shell. A favorite seafood of locals, but relatively unknown in the United States, their harvesting is tightly controlled, making them a rare delicacy that is utterly irresistible to The Capital Grille’s Executive Chef Jim Nuetzi.  The Capital Grille has created several ways to enjoy the rich, creamy and slightly sweet flavor of the Lion’s Paw scallops. Dine on Seared Scallops with Cauliflower Puree, Golden Raisins and Brown Butter Vinaigrette.
