Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (pronounced “She-ma”) has announced its Carnival Celebration, a 5-day-long festival celebrating the Brazilian culture, from March 12-March 16, 2008 at Chima Fort Lauderdale. Chima has adapted this theme into a family-friendly festivity brought to life through live entertainment like music, street entertainers like samba dancers and much more! On March 12, 2008 Chima will host a VIP Kick-Off Celebration. Chima’s variety of authentic Brazilian cuisine completes the Carnival experience. Guests can enjoy the Brazilian Churrasco (Brazilian barbeque) served rodizo style, which includes 16 kinds of meat, and meals are accompanied by one of the most inclusive salad bars, with a wide range of American and Brazilian favorites.

China Grill Management is pleased to announce the opening of the much anticipated China Grill Fort Lauderdale in the newly renovated Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel & Yacht Club on March 13, 2008. Guests can begin their China Grill experience with tantalizing signature appetizers such as Lobster Pancakes stir fried with wild mushrooms; Equally delicious entrées include items such as Shanghai Lobster; Grilled Szechuan Beef; Barbecued Salmon and Sake Marinated “Drunken” Chicken in ponzu sauce. This is the fifth China Grill location that the design team of Jeffrey Beers International has created, starting with the original property back in 1987 in New York City. The cuisine at Novecento is a refined co-existence of Argentine, European, and Pan Latin cuisine – this style is perhaps best called Argentine Bistro. The impressive wine list will consist of 80% Argentine wines with emphasize on the Malbec varietal; the remainder of the list will contain wines throughout the world.

On Sunday, March 23, 2008, guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience at the elegant waterfront setting of Azul with dishes such as “Eggs Cocotte” made with creamy scrambled eggs, Maine lobster and caviar and Braised Veal Shank Ravioli with caramelized onion, parmesan and black truffle butter. In addition, there will be a spectacular array of other offerings such as an omelet and egg station, a pancake and waffle station, a sushi station, a selection of salads, a seafood station, a caviar station, a selection of bakery items and an assortment of cheeses and fresh fruit. Traditional dessert favorites as well as tempting house-made pastries and chocolates will also be presented. Easter Brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cost is $95 per person.
